Questions about pricing
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free is up to three projects and carries a small badge. Pro lifts the project limit, removes the badge and adds per-project theming. Both come either way: run the relay yourself for $79 once, or let us run it for $99 a year.
Is there a free trial?
There is no trial, because the free tier is not one. Sign in and you are running, with three projects and every destination, for as long as you like. Pay when you want the limits lifted, not when a clock runs out.
Does hosted Pro renew?
Yes. Hosted Pro is a subscription: $99 a year or $12 a month, renewing until you cancel. Cancel any time from the dashboard, which hands you to Stripe, and the next renewal simply does not happen. You keep Pro until the period you have paid for ends.
If you would rather pay once and never again, that is the self-hosted licence: $79, a single payment, no subscription.
Can I move between self-hosting and hosted?
Yes, in either direction. The widget script tag points at whichever relay you are using, so moving means changing one URL and pointing the new relay at your tracker.
